How to reset a forgotten password?
Changing your password is super straightforward.
You can reset your password by using the ‘forgotten password’ link on the sign-in page. You’ll then be asked to enter the email address you registered with. We’ll then send you an email with a link that will let you create a new password.
How will Nell protect my data?
We take data security very seriously and have protocols in place to protect our customers’ data. We work with a partner laboratory to analyse genetic samples and this is done using an anonymised framework by using unique ID numbers, which only Nell can identify.
As a data controller, we comply with data security and ensure that our laboratory partners have the required data security frameworks in place to process your data securely. If you have any questions about the security of your data or would like to make a subject access request, please email us at email@example.com.
How accurate are my results?
Our Genetics lab partner LGC are UKAS-accredited, which means they use many monitoring techniques in order to make sure your results are as accurate as possible.
